All registered LABAT'2017 delegates will receive a copy (in both printed and electronic format) of the Volume of Extended Abstracts of all contributions presented at the conference.
The LABAT'2017 Proceedings will be included in the Delegateâs pack to be handed over to each participant on registration. Additional copies could be purchased at the Conference desk.
Electronic copies of all Power Point presentations given at LABAT'2017 will be provided to all registered delegates after the Conference.
Below are the instructions for preparation and submission of extended abstracts and poster preparations.
Authors who wish to have their paper(s) considered for publication in the Journal of Power Sources
shall submit their manuscripts directly to the Journal via the online Elsevier Editorial System – EES: http://ees.elsevier.com/power .
Manuscripts shall be prepared in accordance with the Journal's Instructions for Authors. They shall be submitted as 'regular papers'
and will pass through the standard refereeing procedure of the Journal.
Instructions to authors for preparation of Extended Abstracts
All Extended Abstracts must be written in English. These four-page (including figures and tables) papers should be formatted for A4 sized paper, leaving 2 cm margins on each side. Use single line spacing and preferably 12 pitch sized Times New Roman font, and do not divide the page into 2 or more columns. Leave two blank lines on top of the first page and type the title (in capital letters, centered), the name(s) of the author(s) followed by their affiliation and address. Leave two blank lines and start with the body of the abstract. Tables and figures must be embedded in the text. The basic ideas and major contributions of the research should be summarized briefly (in 2-3 sentences) at the end of the Extended Abstract. A list of references should also be provided. Please, do not insert page numbers!

Extended abstracts submission
Authors are expected to submit a camera-ready Extended Abstract of their paper (four A4 pages, including figures and tables), prepared following the above instructions, by 15 March 2017
. Abstracts received after this date cannot be included in the Volume of Extended Abstracts, which must be submitted to the publishers in the beginning of April 2017.

Instructions to authors for poster preparation
Authors who prefer to contribute poster(s)
rather than oral presentation(s) should inform the Conference Organizers of their preference.
- All posters are required to conform to portrait orientation .
- Poster boards sized 100x150 cm will be provided.
- Please use heavy gauge paper â preferably laminated.
- The text, illustrations and graphics should be readable from a distance of 1-2 meters.
- Contributors should bring along their printed poster(s).
- Electronic submission of posters is not accepted in advance!
- Poster presenters are asked to bring an electronic copy of their posters (on a USB stick) along to the meeting and hand to the registration staff on arrival.
